Who receives it
A small group of authorized reviewers supporting the early Zana work. Messages are not posted automatically.
If the site changes
A factual correction may later update the public site, but personal contact details are not published by default.
Retention
The current workflow may retain the submission and its audit record for operating, security, and legal accountability. A final public retention schedule has not yet been adopted.
Correction or deletion
Use the reviewed contact route and choose Accessibility or privacy. Deletion may be limited where an audit, security, or legal record must be preserved.
Response timing
No guaranteed response window is represented while the review process is being established.
